In my practice I give the client the best possible service.  I handle all matters personally and
do not use secretaries or "paralegals" to  advise clients.  My legaI assistants help with
collecting documents, payments and processing data.
I personally return all my own calls

and keep good and consistent communication with my clients.   I have been practicing for 30
years in this legal community and feel I have a wealth of experience.  I have been a client;  I
have been sued; I know what it means to be there and I know what I am doing!  I believe that
a lawyer should be able to empathize with the client and educate them about their legal
problems.  I understand how "out of control"  the system can make one feel, the frustration
and anger that comes with being involved in legal disputes.  I think that besides being
supportive the lawyer must know the law of the clients case and, above all,
be prepared.
Nothing is worse than that sinking feeling, in front of the judge, when it becomes apparent to
the client that their lawyer is not on top of his game.

Always seek the advice of an attorney before entering into
transactions or contemplating litigation.  Pay a few bucks to
get proper advice and avoid a big mistake.
