SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON BANKRUPTCY LAW

My practice of law includes these areas:

Family Law                              Bankruptcy
Divorce                                    Chapter 7                * Please call for additional information
Custody                                   Chapter 13                    on these very important rights.
Paternity                                  Lien Stripping                         Nick  4/3/2009
Domestic Violence                   Cram Downs

In my practice I give the client the best possible service.  I handle all matters personally and
do not use secretaries or "paralegals" to  deal with clients.  I answer all my own calls and try
to keep good and consistent communication with my clients.   I have been practicing for 30
years in this legal community and feel I have a wealth of experience.  I have been a client;  I
have been sued; I know what it means to be there and I know what I am doing!  I believe that
a lawyer should be able to empathize with the client and educate them about their legal
problems.  I understand how "out of control"  the system can make one feel, the frustration
and anger that comes with being involved in legal disputes.  I think that besides being
supportive the lawyer must know the law of the clients case and, above all,
be prepared.
Nothing is worse than that sinking feeling, in front of the judge, when it becomes apparent to
the client that his or her lawyer is not on top of their game.

Always seek the advice of an attorney before entering into
transactions or contemplating litigation.  Pay a few bucks to get
proper advice and avoid a big mistake.
